Dear Teacher,
We want a teacher who knows what punctuation is all about. You are clever. People who are not like you admit to being horrible at grammar. You have ruined us for all other teachers. We will do our best for you. We stare out of the window whenever you're not around. We feel so lucky. This is meant to be!
Love,

Best book ever!! In fact, it's so good that it's now on my list of books to buy. Punctuation is awesome!
How did you ever think of that?
This reminded me of two sentences my mother showed me:
Bob while Mark had had had had had had had had had had had a better effect on the teacher
It looks like it makes no sense, but it actually does if you add in a little punctuation:
Bob, while Mark had had "had", had had "had had." "Had had" had had a better effect on the teacher.
:-)
Then again, there's also the whole "A woman without her man is nothing" versus "A woman: without her, man is nothing" debate.
Yes, I am an English nerd...
